1. Section 33 Penalties

   If the Board finds a significant breach after an inquiry and a hearing, it can impose a monetary penalty listed in the Schedule.

2. Section 34 Crediting sums realised by way of penalties to Consolidated Fund of India

   All penalty money collected goes to the Consolidated Fund of India.
