Text as notified. Official text is shown as published in the Gazette, with any corrigendum shown beside it. For typographic consistency, printed dashes are shown as colons; no words are changed.
Plain language is ours. “In simple words” blocks are our summaries. Where something is unclear or waits for a notification, we say so. If a summary and the official text differ, the official text prevails.
Dates. We show a date only if a Gazette notification or PIB release confirms it.
Enforcement tracker. We use neutral words such as “reported” and “alleged”. We never say that someone violated the law unless an official order says so. Each entry links to at least one credible source.
No advice. We do not give legal advice and do not accept payment to feature or leave out anyone.
